11.4 Flip Cards

11.4.1 Certain cards have the ability to flip between the front-side and back-side of the card

11.4.1.1 These cards will have a legal card printed on both sides of the card

11.4.2 When a card is flipped, the timing for the activation condition “when (card) is flipped into” occurs.

11.4.3 Cards remain flipped until they are flipped back.

11.4.3.1 The front side of a card that is in a players deck counts as being in the deck.

11.4.3.2 The back side of a card that is in a players deck does not count as being in the deck.

11.4.3.3 A flip card will always count as only one card at a time.

11.4.4 Flip cards are not able to be turned face down by card effects.

11.4.4.1 This is applied in all zones, including Marker, Level, and Memory.
